This DD42/3 was one of fifteen supplied to Sunderland Corporation Transport and was number 13 in their fleet delivered in April 1947. It has been the subject of a major restoration by John Jackson and his team. The body is by Crossley.

The DD42/3 were built on the 7ft 6in wide chassis and used the HOE7/1 engine. The chassis on this one is numbered 93893.
