1949 SD42/7 coach

This SD42/7, first registered in April 1949, originally had coachwork by Strachan & Brown removed from a 1933 Thorneycroft chassis but this was replaced in 1952 by the 32 seat body it now has which is by Gurney Nutting. It was originally supplied to Jones of Menai Bridge. It is currently owned by David Plant.

The chassis number is 97849.

The SD42/7 had the 7ft 6in wide chassis and the HOE7/4 8.6 litre diesel engine.
