Tom Griffin's 1914 15hp Shelsley.

This Shelsley with Crossley body has two seats and a Dickey and has chassis number 3424 and engine number 3404. Unusually for the time, the car has electric lighting.

It was originally purchased by a wealthy Canadian businessman, Donald H "Danny" Bain from Winnipeg when on a visit to England and taken back to Canada with him. He kept it until his death in 1962. It was then sold to a local car enthusiast but saw little use. The car returned to the United Kingdom in about 1990 and is in regular use by its present owners.
