This very rare oval rear window de luxe 15/30 saloon is owned by Alan Patrick in South Island, New Zealand. There are thought to be only five saloons surviving. After a full restoration Alan got the car back on the road in 2012, it was last used in 1960.

The early history of the car is not known but in 1960 it was owned by a group of medical students at Dunedin University who sold it along with some spare parts to the Tunnage brothers who were boat builders. The Tunnage brothers were unfortunately drowned in a boating accident and the car, by now dismantled, was purchased from the estate by Derek Holmes. Alan Patrick bought the parts from him in 1985 and kept them together until restoration started in earnest in 2008. Much of the woodwork was replaced by Alan and the body was then repaired by local panel beater Chris Little. The interior was retrimmed in blue leather to the original design by David Brown. The engine needed new pistons, a rebore and new white metal bearings.

The chassis number is 27679 and engine number 27679.
