The 1122cc overhead inlet side exhaust valve engine with Solex carburettor.
The later 10hp Crossley saloons came with two main body styles, the Torquay and Buxton. This is a Buxton which can be distinguished from the Torquay by having three windows down each side and no extended external boot. The chassis length that was used for the boot on the Torquay is used to give much more rear leg room.
The chassis number is 10/1261 and the engine is MC1201.
