This is probably
the only fully restored and roadworthy example of the large order of
buses supplied to the Dutch
government. It is one of the
long wheelbase 42/1 type with 46 seat body by De Schelde. It
entered service in July 1948.
The chassis
number is 96392. These buses were fitted with the HOE9 supercharged
140bhp 8.6-litre diesel.
