In 2001 on the Manchester to
Buxton run, with the hood down.

This is one of only two survivors of the many 20/25 cars fitted with Staff Car bodies for the Royal Flying Corps during World War I. This example was sent to India but eventually arrived back in the UK where for many years it was in the keeping of John Levaggi. It was severely damaged in a fire that affected several of John's cars in 1999 but has now been fully restored. The opportunity was also taken during the restoration to fit an electric starter.
The chassis number is 2840 and engine 2903.
